So in my Critical games studies lesson we learnt
about bibliographies. Im still learning how to do it, and thanks to the
resources on the VLE I should be able to learn fast. Here is an example of one
I did in class.
Freud.S (2002)
Highmore.B The
everyday life reader
Routledge, London
This was my first attempt at a bibliography and I
can admit that I got it wrong. I forgot to include the title of the
contribution. Which is kind of a big thing, but hey being bad at something is
the first step the being kind of good at something. So I had another go and it
this time for an article found on the gaming related website “Kotaku” about
Valves customer service.
Nathan Grayson (2015) “Valve is Not Psyched they
got an ‘F’ in customer service” (March, 2015)
Available online: http://steamed.kotaku.com/valve-is-not-psyched-they-got-an-f-in-customer-service-1691308332/+nathangrayson
Date of access: 15 March 2014.
Here is another attempt at a book:
Jesse Schell (2008) “The art
of game design A book of lenses”

Hi Ryan,
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to update the bibliography with a journal article retrieved using the Summon search tool and make any necessary amendments to the other entries (full length book and contribution to a book).
You can also look at the post about bibliographical matters on my blog to see an example of what information should be included:
